Is there any risk, obligation, or charge to get an offer from you?
We have come out here to make a fair offer, at no charge or obligation to you. Though we hope you see us as your house- buying solution, we won't be hurt if you choose to go another route.
How long will it take to close once I have signed an agreement with you?
One of the benefits of selling your house to us is YOU get to pick your close date! We often close in as little as 2 weeks. However, if you need to close quicker or if you would like more time, that is something we can discuss when we are structuring your offer and customized solution.
Do we have to clean up or pay for repairs before you will buy our house?
No! We buy homes "AS IS." You don't even have to clear out your stuff if you don't want to. Just take what you need and let us handle the rest.
Are you REALTORS™? Do we have to pay you a commission?
Some of us at Florida Family Transitions are Realtors or former agents, which allows us to quickly and accurately evaluate the value of your home. That said, our primary focus as investors is to come up with an amicable solution to your situation and buy your property directly from you in all cash. There is NEVER a charge or a commission when we buy your property!
